Your Dedicated Agents
Keith Kirk
Agent & Vice President
After 25 years in the auto business as salesman, finance manager and sales manager Keith wanted to transition his professional and personal skills to a different industry. He became an agent at an insurance agency where his wife, Gretchen had worked for the past 10 years.
The best part of being an insurance professional is having the opportunity to interact with clients – understanding the importance of listening and the customer’s needs. Along with building personal and trusted relationships with our clients. When it comes to insurance focus, Keith likes to hone in on all aspects of personal property insurance – home, renters, auto, umbrella, etc. etc. He has vast experience with novice non-commercial landlords – this is dwelling fire insurance that provides coverages for a home that you own but do not live in, choosing instead to rent them for supplemental income.
In Keith’s free time, he enjoys playing golf, walking their dogs – Rose and Iris, and smoking meat!
Gretchen Kirk
Agent & Vice President
Gretchen started in sales offices – working as administrative support, accounting and finally office manager. She then took a ten year break to be home with young children. When she got back into the workforce she started as a receptionist at an insurance agency where they encouraged her to get my property and casualty insurance license. Ten years later she now has her my own agency at Robertson Ryan with her husband Keith.
To Gretchen the best part of being an insurance professional is being all in – having the opportunity to help a client at all stages of their lives. Handling each step from getting to know them and their needs to ultimately servicing their account. She always want the client to know we are a resource for them, now and for the future. Her approach to insurance is to always educate her clients, to make the process feel easy and relieve any fears they may have.
Gretchen enjoys sewing quilts, costumes and home décor!
