Shane’s path to the insurance industry was inspired by his father, Pat Skaar, whose passion for the field left a lasting impact on their family. Now, Shane is excited to carry on that legacy and bring his own approach to serving clients. As a newcomer, he believes that building genuine connections and finding common ground are essential, no matter the industry. Shane enjoys meeting people from all walks of life, from business owners to individuals, and helping them navigate their insurance needs. He’s especially passionate about life insurance, recognizing its importance even though it’s often overlooked until later in life. A cause close to Shane’s heart is the Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, where he had a life-changing surgery at age 15.
